APPLICATION
- Diffuse at bedtime for a peaceful, aromatic atmosphere
- Apply to the soles of the feet or massage a few drops onto the chest to promote a calming environment.
EXPERIENCE

DIRECTIONS
- Recommended application is for children ages 2-12
- Topical: Apply 2-4 drops directly to the desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.
- Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
